Thank you for shopping with Essentry. We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please package the item securely before sending it back.


Return Shipping

  • Returns are free of charge

  • Essentry covers the return shipping cost once the return is approved

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are shipped

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation is supported

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned according to our return process.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@essentry.com with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
