General Questions

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After your order has been processed, we’ll send you another email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed.
Once an order is marked as processing, shipped, or delivered, we’re unable to make any edits or cancellations.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through the following methods:

  • PayPal

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Apple Pay

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.


Which currency will I be charged in?

All prices and transactions are processed in GBP (£).
If your bank account uses another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate.


Do you offer instalment payments?

At this time, we do not offer instalment or split payment options.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.


How long does shipping take?

  • Order processing time: up to 3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 9–11 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary slightly due to external factors such as courier delays.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


What if I’m not home during delivery?

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
In some cases, you may be asked to collect your parcel from a local pickup point.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased from Essentry

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Are returns free?

Yes — returns are free of charge.
We will provide you with return instructions once your request is approved.


Can I exchange an item?

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.


How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
